Working with Three Steps
At Three Steps, we want to make a difference. We recognise that it is the professional, caring, committed people who work at Three Steps who enable us to make this difference.
Our high staffing ratio enables our team of Social Care professionals and multi-disciplinary therapeutic support consultants to build strong individual relationships with each child, young person and adult that we care for. In all of our homes, we understand the value of establishing strong teams. We support these teams and recognise the amazing work they achieve every day.
Join us and be part of a team that can truly make a difference. Our current opportunities are listed below – we would love to hear from you.
Growing with Three Steps
At Three Steps, we believe that everyone has the ability to change and to flourish – we see problems as opportunities to learn, develop and grow. This is true for the children, young people and adults in our care – and also for our teams.
We are committed to the professional growth and development of our employees. That’s why we invest continuously in our teams, placing enormous value in developing the skills and abilities of our people. This starts with comprehensive advance training, is continued through into our Induction and Buddy programme and on into the regular tailored training modules throughout everyone’s career at Three Steps.
Furthermore we strongly believe in “caring for the carers”, enabling our teams develop their personal reflective practice, self-care and as a result their professional abilities. We provide structured support services for our teams, ranging from team debriefs and regular supervision through to scheduled sessions with our Consultant Psychotherapists and reflection days.
Join us and grow your skillset, advancing your career in a positive environment.
We are interested in meeting both Social Care Workers (Level 7+) and Healthcare Assistants (Level 5/6) who would like to join our teams and work in a trauma informed environment. We have openings in some of our mainstream and children’s disability services, and also some opportunities within our adult services team. You’ll find more details in the job descriptions below.
If you would like to join our team, please email us your CV and an application form (copy below) to email@example.com. We’re looking forward to hearing from you!
